Global Village

Global Village (GV) is located at a distance of 12 kms from Bangalore on the Bangalore - Mysore Expressway. Spread over 120 acres of greenery, the project will house a cluster of technology companies in a campus type setting. The Buildings nestle among the lush green of manicured lawns, coconut palms and an eclectic mix of old trees in a serene and dust free environment. The Technology Campus has been conceptualized and designed by a team of reputed Indian and international architects and landscape designers.

Global Village is easily accessible by road being strategically located on the Bangalore - Mysore Expressway. The estimated driving time to GV from the heart of Bangalore city is approximately 20 minutes. Ample residential facilities are in close proximity to the campus.

Building Infrastructure

Each unit is housed on a sprawling plot ranging from 150,000 sft to 200,000 sft. The units come equipped with electrical connections, air conditioning, standard office equipment and contemporary furnishings to commence activities from date zero.

Common Infrastructure

  • Power: Two feeder power lines together with standby high capacity alternate power supplies ensures stabilized and uninterrupted power supply to the tech-park.
  • Water: Continuous water supply to the park comes from the State-owned water supply authority. The distribution network is also linked to a dedicated bore-well station to doubly ensure continuous supply.
  • Communication: Telephone connectivity with sufficient telephone lines having been sanctioned by the State-owned PSTN (BSNL). The voice and data communication infrastructure at the campus is powered by an optic fibre cable network.
  • Data Connectivity: The earth station set up by the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) in Global Village, for the exclusive use of companies located at the Global Village is fully functional. This is the only earth station set by the STPI on non-STPI premises in the country.
  • Administration: A central administration office to handle all administration related matters for the park and the units. An STPI Consulting Cell facilitating 'single-window' statutory clearances.
  • Sports and Recreation Complex: This will include a modern clubhouse with mini-conference, lodging facilities, reputed restaurant and a Cafe.
  • Other Amenities:
